Has the stress from the election got you down? Let's breathe, relax, and zone out to the gentle peace brought by a Sound Bath & Guided Meditation with Kristine Keegan from Scarborough Yoga.
This is not yoga, so the only experience you need is the ability to close your eyes and relax-- sometimes that's hard enough! If you'd like to sit or lay on the floor, please bring a blanket or pillow for yourself. There will be chairs set up as well.
