FULL - A Library Comes to Scarborough (Online Only Still Available) In-Person / Online

Join us in celebration of 125 years of Scarborough Public Library with historian Linda Snow McLoon from the Scarborough Historical Society.

McLoon will regale us with the tales of the Library's early beginnings in 1899, its role as technology inovators starting with electric lights and moving us into the digital age. Learn how the library turned into the one you know and love today, and how it shaped the Town of Scarborough.

This program is full for in-person seating, but join us on Zoom and/or for a reception at 3pm with a musical tribute to Scarborough Public Library by the Wentworth Chorus at 3:30pm. All are welcome.

The SHS program will be recorded.
