What's in Your Food? A 4-H Summer of Food Science Program In-Person

In this fun and hands-on program, kids entering grades 1-5 will learn what makes food healthy and how to tell the difference between whole, minimally processed, and highly processed foods. Through games and activities, they’ll discover how to spot hidden sugars, fats, and other additives—and learn how to make smarter food choices, even when the packaging tries to trick them!
