MORE INFORMATION
Prep for this craft by cutting your colored scrap paper into long strips. 1/8th inch wide is a good width for a beginner. You can find used colored paper by utilizing old magazines from our magazine swap or recycling bin. You can use a paper cutter, a rotary cutter or basic scissors to cut the strips.
