First-time author Nicola will be joining us from Ireland to talk about her devastating memoir about the sadistic terrorizing from her policeman-ex that saw him finally sent to prison— but not for long enough— for coercive control AKA emotional abuse.
In 2023 Nicola Hanney broke her silence in the Irish documentary Taking Back Control, describing being terrorized inside her home while pregnant and fighting cancer.
This program is free and open to all. To register for online participation, you need to become part of the Finding Our Voices Book Club and receive the Zoom link. Visit https://bookclubs.com/finding-our-voices/join/
