Dr. Mache Seibel, author of “Working Through Menopause”, will help participants understand and manage the challenges of perimenopause and menopause. Participants will explore the most common symptoms and their impact on energy, wellbeing, and professional performance. The session will offer practical strategies to maintain confidence and productivity at work and in daily life, alongside evidence-based approaches to hormone optimization, stress management, and lifestyle balance.
