Drinks from the Garden In-Person

Join us for a fun-filled, hands-on class that will have you explore a variety of ways to incorporate herbs, fruits and vegetables into drinks (mocktails and cocktails included!) you can make at home! We will spend time on vinegar shrubs - a fruit-infused vinegar that early settlers used as their own version of a refreshing sports drink. In addition to shrubs, we'll discuss other creative uses of fruits, herbs, and vegetables in drinks such as flavored simple syrups and lightly touch on the topic of kombucha. This is a very fun class with many opportunities to sample!
